طراحی الگوی مدیریت استعداد با رویکرد داده بنیاد در کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به دنبال طراحی الگوی مدیریت استعداد با رویکرد داده بنیاد در کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف یک پژوهش توسعه‏ای و کاربردی، و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‏ها با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش از نوع کیفی است. در این پژوهش از نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد نظام‏مند استراوس و کربین استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش دربرگیرنده کلیه مدیران عالی، میانی و عملیاتی کمیته امداد و هم چنین اساتید دانشگاهی بود که 20 نفر از آنها به شیوه نمونه‏گیری نظری و هدفمند انتخاب شده‏اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها مصاحبه‏های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است که پس از جمع‏آوری، با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda, 18.2.0کدگذاری و تحلیل شده‏اند. نتایج موید آن بود که در پدیده‏ محوری: ساخت‏آفرینی استعداد؛ در شرایط علَی: ایده‏سازان استعداد، و پالایش‏دهندگان استعداد؛ در شرایط مداخله‏گر: پرورش‏دهندگان استعداد؛ در راهبرد: طراحی سیستم بانک استعدادهای مدیریتی، و نهادینه کردن سیستم بانک استعدادهای مدیریتی؛ در بستر حاکم: کارآفرینان استعداد؛ و در پیامدها: چابک‏سازی سازمانی، بالندگی سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی پایدار شناسایی شدند. نتایج اخذ شده نشان دهنده صحت و تایید روابط الکوی طراحی شده است.

Designing a Talent Management Model with the Grounded Theory Approach in Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation

چکیده English

The present study seeks to design a talent management model with the grounded theory approach in Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation (IKRF). The purpose of this study is a developmental and applied research the nature of the research is qualitative in terms of data collection. In this study, the grounded theory was used with Strauss and Corbin’s systematic approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of all top, middle and operational managers of the IKRF as well as university professors that 20 of them were selected through theoretical and purposeful sampling. The data collection tool was semi- structured depth interviews that were coded and analyzed using Maxqda 18.2.0 software after collection. The results confirmed in the axial category: talent creation; in the causative conditions: talent makers, and talent refiners; in the interning conditions: talent growers; in the strategies: designing the managerial talent banking system, and institutionalizing the management talent banking system; in the context: talent entrepreneurs; and in the consequences: organizational agility, organizational development, and competitive advantage were identified. The results indicate the validity of the proposed model.
