ارائۀ رویکردی برای تحلیل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره با استفاده از روش یافتن توابع مطلوبیت اضافی

In this paper, the Utility Additive Star method which is a subsidiary to multi criteria decision making analysis methods and Multi-criteria decision support systems, are used to present a model in order to study and analyze the made decisions by management about issues such as selecting the contractors to outsource the serving affairs of the organization. Its notable that evaluation indexes and their weight has been chosen due to the outsourcing goals by the experts of the organization and also for the final analysis of managerial decision making, the multi criteria decision making matrix resulting from viewpoints of these experts, are used. In the end, a comparative analysis between decision making of management and experts is done about the way of evaluation and final selection of the contractors and also about the weight of the evaluating indexes in the viewpoint of the management using specific features of UTASTAR method. It should be noted that of all the features and innovation of these kind of techniques, ranking of the options was based on previous priorities that not only didn’t need the weight of the criteria but itself meanwhile the analysis of the basic ranking, calculates the weight of the criteria and using the resulted value function, presents a pattern that organizations will be able to do the similar evaluation and rankings.
