The EFQM model for finding improvement opportunities of organization

Abstract
EFQM model with its 9 criteria is an appropriate tool for improving and designing the organizations that can be supported the decision makers in finding improvement opportunities. In this research, supporting the questionnaire that is distributed between 50 managers and experts in Pars Energy Drilling Exploration Company the improvement opportunities will be found. After finding improvement opportunities and implement the projects the total productivity index of the company will be compared with previous one.

Result of this research represents the positive impact of implementing the improvement opportunities projects based on the EFQM approach on productivity.
