اجتناب از تصمیمات غیر بهینه مدیریتی با استفاده از یک بازی سه‌ نفره بازرسی(مطالعه موردی مدیران بانک‌های دولتی استان قزوین)

چکیده
هدف این تحقیق بررسی موضوع اجتناب از تصمیمات غیر بهینه مدیریتی با استفاده از یک بازی سه ‌نفره بازرسی است. برای این منظور با استفاده از اطلاعات جمع‌آوری ‌شده 180 پرسشنامه نفر از کارشناسان و کارمندان بانک‌های دولتی استان قزوین به تحلیل نتایج پرداخته ‌شد. به ‌منظور تبیین روابط مابین متغیرهای تحقیق از آزمون‌های تحلیل‌های میانگین و واریانس در فضای نرم افزار SPSS15 استفاده‌ گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل میانگین بیانگر این واقعیت بود که شاخص‌های معرفی ‌شده موثر بر تصمیم‌گیری بهینه در تعادل نش می‌باشند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل آنالیز واریانس بیانگر این واقعیت بود که؛ عوامل معرفی ‌شده اثرات معنی‌داری بر تصمیم‌گیری بهینه در تعادل نش دارند؛ اما شدت اثرگذاری این عوامل متفاوت می‌باشد؛ بنابراین مطابق عملکرد مدیران مسئولیت‌پذیری افراد و قدرت پاسخ‌دهی آن‌ها به سهامداران و مدیران بالادستی افزایش می‌یابد و نظارت بر عملکرد ناظران خود امری مهم در راستا توجه به حیطه کاری افراد می‌باشد و داشتن نظام تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر مشورت و همکاری گروهی می‌تواند در اتخاذ تصمیمات بهینه مفید باشد. در نهایت بر اساس روش نظریه بازی‌ها این نتیجه حاصل گردید که هر قدر میزان احتمال وقوع رفتار غیرمسئولانه و عدم نظارت توسط مدیران و بازرسان افزایش یابد؛ تصمیم‌گیری غیر بهینه توسط مدیران ارشد افزایش یابد.

The Avoidance of Non-Optimal Management Decisions using an Inspection Triple Game (A Case Study of Managers at State Banks in Qazvin)

چکیده English

The purpose of this study is to investigate the issue of avoiding non-optimal management decisions using an inspection triple game. For this purpose, the results of the collected data through 180 survey forms filled out by experts and clerks at state banks in Qazvin were analyzed. Analysis of means (means tests) and analysis of variance (ANOVA tests) in SPSS15 have been used to determine the relationship among the variables of research. The results of means analysis reveal that the introduced indices causing optimal management have Nash equilibrium. Also, the results of ANOVA test analysis revealed that the proposed factors in the research have significant effect on optimal decision making in Nash equilibrium however, the level of their effect varies. Therefore, the accountability and answerability of the clerks to the shareholders and higher positions can increase according to the performance of the managers. In other words, supervision on the performance of inspectors is considered as an important factor in the improvement of work and having a decision making system based on team cooperation and consultation can be useful in making optimal decisions. Ultimately, according to the games theory it was concluded that the more possibility of irresponsible behavior and lack of supervision by the managers and inspectors the more likelihood of non-optimal decision making by the senior managers
