تصمیم‌گیری جهت انتخاب سیستم برنامه‌ریزی منابع انسانی(ERP) مناسب بکمک مدل فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای(ANP) و کارت امتیاز متوازن(BSC)

چکیده
امروزه استفاده از سیستم های اطلاعاتی در سازمان ها به یک ضرورت تبدیل شده است . سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان یکی از کاربردهای مهم فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان ها خصوصاً صنعت بانکداری کشور ما می باشد . با توجه به تعدد ارائه‌دهندگان بسته نرم افزاری ERP در داخل و خارج، انتخاب مناسب یکی از آنها که بتواند نیازها و تمامی جنبه های سازمان ما را تحت پوشش خود قرار دهد، از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است . با توجه به نوآوری ابزاربکار رفته در این تحقیق جهت حل مسئله از سویی نیاز به ساختن یک شبکه کامل از تمامی عوامل موثر در امر تصمیم گیری و از سوی دیگر نیازمند ابزار مناسب جهت شناسایی این عوامل درون شبکه می‌باشیم. بر اساس یافته ها و نوآوری موجود در این پژوهش در امر ساخت شبکه تصمیم از فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای و جهت شناسایی عوامل موثر از چهار منظر کارت امتیازی متوازن استفاده شده است. نتیجه این تحقیق به کمک پرسشنامه هایی و با بهره‌گیری از نظر 45نفرخبرگان در سیستم بانکداری و 25نفر کارشناسان پیاده ساز این بسته نرم افزاری در شرکت های داخلی، استفاده شده است. برای حل نهایی مدل ارائه شده و اعتبار سنجی نتایج تحقیق به ترتیب از نرم افزار Super Decision و SPSS بکار گرفته شده است. درنتیجه بسته نرم افزاری ERP شرکت SAP با نمره 0.375 و وزن 0.126 نسبت به دو محصول Mysis و داده پردازان دوران به عنوان مناسبترین بسته برای بانک پیشنهاد گردید.

Decision for Selection Enterprise Resource Planning Software by Using Analytic Network Process and Balanced Score Card

چکیده English

Now days, the use of information systems is a necessity in organizations. Enterprise resource planning system (ERP) is one of the important applications of information technology, especially in the banking industry in our country. There are a lot of providers of ERP software package inside and out. Therefore, it is so important to select suitable ones which cover all needs and aspects of our organization. To solve this problem, we need to build a complete network of all factors involved in the decision and we also need right tools to identify factors into the network. We have used Analytic Network Process (ANP) to make decision making network based on the research findings and innovations and we also have used Balanced Score card to identify effective factors .we have connected the two method together by using questionnaires to the 45experts and professionals in banking system and the 25implementing experts of this software package in Iranian companies. We have applied SPSS and Super Decision software’s to solve proposed model and make valid research results. As a result, an ERP software package of SAP Company is proposed with 0.375 score as the most appropriate one rather than Mysis and Douran for Bank.
